For almost thirty years, the bread and butter of our practice is entertainment litigation. That changed in 2015 when we started representing influencers. For influencers, we negotiate and draft agreements for all aspects of what it means to be an influencer. That includes agreements with talent agents, appearance agreements, book publishing agreements, brand partnership agreements, collaboration agreements, influencer agreements (YouTube, TikTok and Instagram), management agreements, merchandise agreements, modeling agreements, podcast agreements, public relations agreements, sponsored video agreements, touring agreements and YouTube campaign agreements.
