In next Tuesday’s webinar, Pfeiffer and Wertlieb will address a variety of questions attorneys may have when serving as or hiring an expert witness. How do you find expert witnesses? How do you establish credibility as an expert witness? How do you use an expert witness when he or she is an attorney? They will also open the conversation to the audience to assist with any further questions they may have.
This program will help attorneys more effectively utilize expert witnesses during trial, guide attorneys who are interested in becoming expert witnesses, and shed light on the overall role the expert witness plays in a jury trial. Pfeiffer, an entertainment trial attorney with over 30 years of litigation experience, has tried more than 65 cases to conclusion before juries, arbitrators and judges. He has worked with numerous expert witnesses to develop their opinions and provide trial testimony.
Wertlieb has been practicing corporate law for the past three decades, in addition to establishing his credibility as an expert witness. He has been retained in over a dozen cases as an expert witness and has expertise in matters of business transactions, corporate governance and fiduciary duties, ethics and attorney standard of care.
