In a webinar to be held on November 3, 2015 from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m. litigator Jon Pfeiffer and corporate attorney Neil Wertlieb will provide insight on how to be and how to use an expert witness during trial. The webinar is sponsored by the Business Law Section of the State Bar of California.
In next Tuesday’s webinar, Pfeiffer and Wertlieb will address a variety of questions attorneys may have when serving as or hiring an expert witness. How do you find expert witnesses? How do you establish credibility as an expert witness? How do you use an expert witness when he or she is an attorney? They will also open the conversation to the audience to assist with any further questions they may have.
This program will help attorneys more effectively utilize expert witnesses during trial, guide attorneys who are interested in becoming expert witnesses, and shed light on the overall role the expert witness plays in a jury trial.
